Whether he is coaching business owners, CEOs, and community leaders—or working alongside Grammy, Emmy, Tony, CMA, and Oscar Award-winning talent—Justin consistently reminds us that people matter. Throughout his career, he has served as COO, CFO, and CEO, gaining a reputation as a master of scaling businesses—a skill set that has seen him guide companies to be featured on the INC 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in the US an unprecedented three times.
Raised on a small rural farm, Justin used talent, grit, and determination to become a sought-after professional in the entertainment industry in his twenties, then an executive at a technology company in his early thirties. By 40, he had built and sold an award-winning marketing and media company—recognized as a top digital and branding firm in the United States for multiple years running. Today, Justin channels his visionary spirit into his own ventures across real estate, retail, and manufacturing, while actively partnering with other leaders to help them build more resilient, high-impact companies.
Still, his favorite time is that spent with his wife (and Billboard Charting Recording Artist), Diana, and their son, Maverick Gabriel—having lots of fun and adventures from their home near Chicago, Illinois.
Diana Upton-Hill, Consultant & Project Manager
Diana’s dynamic and diverse background includes a Master of Arts from Truman State University, positions in Economic Development, and even a Billboard charting radio single. As a Main Street Director, Diana served for six years in Bloomfield, Iowa. She then worked alongside her husband, Justin, to build a successful and highly awarded national level marketing agency which the couple then sold.
Diana enjoys volunteerism and has recently served on the boards of several important organizations including the Davis County Community Foundation, Indian Hills Community College Foundation, and as the Chairperson for the Historic Preservation Commission in Bloomfield. Diana also took on homeschooling Maverick, age 8, and has a great time keeping up with all his various antics. In her spare time she enjoys reading and adding to her massive Barbie collection!
